The Mexico Fund, Inc. (NYSE: MXF), announced today that its Board of Directors (the "Board") and Impulsora del Fondo México, S.C., the Fund's investment advisor (the "Advisor"), have renewed and strengthened the Fund's Expense Limitation Agreement ("ELA").
